NOTICE  

We require 10 to 13-year-old players to play within that age group. Saturdays are unavailable for this age group for reservations. There is no minimum requirement for Sunday with this age group. Monday to Friday, 10 players minimum required. Please call us for this age group in advance: 610-630-4793

If you need to postpone a reservation, you must notify us 48 hours before your scheduled start time (we play rain or shine). If 48 hours notice is given, you may move to another date based on availability without losing your deposit. A rain check (not cash) will be issued for all postponements 48 hours out. We reserve the right to offer no compensation if the notice is within 48 hours of your start time.

Deposits are Nonrefundable: If you deposit for 10 players and only 9 players show up (and the above postponement policy was not adhered to for the tenth player), the tenth player's deposit is forfeit and may not be used for purchases or other credit.

Bad Weather policy:  If the park is forced to close due to bad weather, we will issue rain checks (no refunds), and you may reschedule your date based on availability.

Private Session: To reserve a private session, please first call to check on availability for your desired date, as space fills up fast. You will need to have at least 20 players, and all deposits are due one week (7 days) prior to your approved date. You also must have 20 players in attendance on game day, or Poco Loco reserves the right to mix other players of equal playability with your group.

• Private play is when you meet our qualifications, which allows your group not to be mixed with others. You move from map to map with your own judges throughout the day. 
• Non-private play is the same, except you play with other players of equal skill level along with your players. 

Just to restate,  please keep in mind that private play is not mandated for groups over 20; rather, it qualifies your party for Private play. Should you not elect it, we will always be happy to mix your group in with others of equal playability.

Rewards:  To qualify for any of our group organizer rewards, you must have the number of players required for that reward in attendance.
